About this template
Standups drift when there is nothing to point at. This board keeps the ritual tight: three columns — what you did yesterday, what you are doing today, and what is blocking you — one sticky note per person per column.
It works live during the call, or asynchronously: teammates drop their notes whenever they start their day, and everyone reads the wall instead of sitting through a meeting.
How to use it
- 1Open the template — the yesterday / today / blockers columns are ready.
- 2Each person adds one note per column in their own color.
- 3Drag blockers up the column to prioritize them, and delete notes as they resolve.
- 4Clear the board at the end of the week and start fresh.
