Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By using Sticklly — as a guest or with an account — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Sticklly is an online sticky notes board: notes, freehand drawing, text, stickers and real-time collaboration on an infinite canvas. The product is in active development (beta); features may change, improve or occasionally break while we build.

Your account

You can use Sticklly without an account; boards then live only in your browser. Creating an account (through our sign-in provider) enables cloud sync and sharing. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Your content

Everything you put on a board is yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, store, display and sync that content so the service can function — nothing more. We claim no ownership of your work, and we do not use your board content to train models or for advertising.

Sharing and collaboration

Share links give access to the board they point to: anyone with a view link can see it, and anyone with an editor link can change it. You are responsible for who you share links with. Revoke a link at any time from the sharing dialog.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sticklly to:

  • Store or share content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights
  • Harass, deceive or harm others
  • Probe, overload or disrupt the service or other users' boards

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Free service and future plans

Sticklly is currently free. We may introduce paid plans for advanced features in the future; if we do, we will communicate clearly what changes and existing users will be treated generously. Current limits (such as the number of cloud boards) may change over time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Keep copies of anything critical — especially while we are in beta.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sticklly and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using Sticklly at any time and delete your boards from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
